Incorporated in 1999, Paradigm Partners is owned and operated by Richard A. Williams, CPM® and Adam Williams CMCA®. Dick has over 30 years of experience in managing all forms of real estate including condominiums, office buildings, conventional rentals and subsidized housing.  Adam has over 10 years of experience in managing condominiums, commercial properties & mixed use developments.

Professional Credentials

Dick is a Certified Property Manager, a licensed real estate Broker, and a licensed Construction Supervisor.  Adam is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and a Notary Public.
