Paradigm Partners was incorporated in 1999 by Laurie Y, Langlois, CPM®, and Richard A. Williams, CPM®.  Altogether, Laurie and Dick each has 25 years of experience in managing all forms of real estate including condominiums, office buildings, conventional rentals and subsidized housing.

Dick and Laurie are both Certified Property Managers.  Dick is a licensed real estate Broker and licensed Construction Supervisor.  Laurie is a real estate Salesperson and a Notary Public.
